WHAT WE DO

We host Design Workshops for Christian organizations that are sometimes half-day and sometimes up to three days long, focused on bringing together the appropriate stakeholders to find support for big problems in the quickest way possible.   A Design WorkShop is part “think tank” and part “do tank” assembled to help teams find solutions to strategic, operational or systemic problems. The Design Shop methodology was developed by Matt and Gail Taylor (MG Taylor Method) to succeed where standard linear problem-solving techniques failed. Design Shops are used by more than 55% of Fortune 100 companies to get results from large teams fast.

I loved my two days at the Briner Institute Workshop … a roomful of some of the most creative minds in the country working together toward a common purpose. Challenging and exhilarating!

-Neal Joseph, Managing Partner, Mission: Leadership, Orlando

The Design Workshop from The Briner Institute was exhilarating. Connecting with leaders from many industries and to be challenged in my thinking and strengthened in my beliefs. Being resolute to live for Jesus in an ever-changing world while loving your neighbor and listening to others were the key takeaways for me. This conversation is needed in our culture today.

-Scott Mills, Co-Founder, Engage Media Partners, Nashville

The Briner Workshop was an incredible experience. It came at a pivotal time when I was wrestling with the application of my faith in an industry that seemed hostile. Through the event, I was able to connect with others who shared the same struggles, using our collective experience and insight to come up with new ideas on integrating our faith with our approach to culture.
